Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase
Check your order immediately upon arrival.
All damages must be noted upon delivery receipt.
All Shortages and damages must be reported to at (770) 490-7162 / (678) 489-2368 on the day of delivery.
- If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us via e-mail within 3-days of receiving your order.
- We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect product).
- A defective product must be returned within 14 days and a replacement product will be sent upon receipt.
- All returned parts must be in exactly the condition as when they were originally shipped to you.
- All returned parts must have all original labels in place and be free of any signs of usage, tampering and dents.
- Items that are ordered for the wrong year product are subject to 20% restocking fees.
TO RETURN MERCHANDISE FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS:
- Please submit Return Request
- All merchandise must be returned properly packaged.
- Include with your return a photo copy of your invoice or packing slip.
- Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the return box.
- Please clearly print the reasons for return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
